At Sienna Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have had the protective seal removed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
